Just drive up to the Barn, walk in and make yourself at home in this stunning western Barndominium. Sleeps up to 16 people with 4 Bedrooms and 4 bathrooms including the Hay Loft, with a Queen or King Bed in each room, plus additional Queen Futons for your use in the Cabin Suites. If you would like to rent a Cabin Suite or two alone you will find them listed as the Trigger, Silver, or Duke. Additionally, you'll find a full Kitchen including all dinner and cookware, coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, and Free WIFI. Your cabin also includes use of the common area, en-suite bathrooms, BBQ Grill, campfire area, and picnic tables. If you would like a genuine old west experience, you are welcome to use the outhouse, too.

No need for Air conditioning here, set in a beautiful location at 7,200' elevation - surrounded by trees with a fantastic view of the Abajo mountains, this Barndominium is the ideal spot to escape to - while remaining central among more than a dozen state and national parks and monuments!
If you are traveling with a horse it is a fantastic place to stay overnight.

The Barn has three spacious Cabin rooms (queen or king bed in each), Free WIFI, Flat screen TV, 4 full baths w/showers, relaxing area, dining table, a BBQ Grill and campfire area. All linens are provided.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety percent (90.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
